Bugatti Veyron

The Bugatti Veyron, noting about this car normal, its 16 cylinder engine and 4 turbo boosters produce amazing 1001 hp almost double normal super sport cars. It has a top speed 253mph (407kmh) so this car is a super car of super cars. The Bugatti Veyron has carbon ceramic titanium brake dashes that come from the same company that makes brakes for jumbo jets. And it has light speed sensor to control its own wing that keep the car on ground and air brake because this car goes faster than a jet taking off. Most of parts in this car made by aero space expert working with automobile engineer because it is a cocktail of aero space technology and automobile engineering.

Engine W16

The first challenge builds 1001hp engine and how it makes with two very different personalities. One is a beast on track and gets a gentle raid around the town. After five years of research engineers find the answer. The W16 made by joint of two V8 engine. The engine made out of Titanium. Titanium is the metal used in air crafts.

It requires eight specialists to build the hand maid Veyron engine hand assembling start with hand delivering the engine parts. The parts carried in special cases. All the parts machined in solid Titanium the engine with more than 3500 parts. The Veyron engine takes four weeks to assemble one engine.

First testing of engine, start with fire accident in factory. In 2001 the workers run the engine at the very first time they look for number of horsepower 1001 but W16 produce 3000 horsepower but 2/3 of that energy is heat. When the engine runs it full power it nearly burn howl roof of the building and ex sours gas pipes was burn down. If it used in c

ar with normal ex sours system their will be six feet flame behind the car. So engineers redesign the ex sours system with tested technology. Bugatti Veyron has 10 hands build Titanium radiators.

Transmission

Veyron is the fastest accelerating car in the world thanks to its transmission. When Veyron accelerate 0-407kmh you do not need to change the gears and you do not feel anything than accelerate because Veyron have most incredible transmission ever call fully automatic seven-gear direct-shift gearbox with double clutch (DSG). Bugatti build first double-clutch transmission ever for Veyron. Double clutch mean it have two gears working at same time. The Veyron transmission also specified as an

Automatic controlled transmission. Automatic controlled transmission is not normal automatic transmission it means it controlled by a computer because the gears should be change faster than any other cars in the world. Veyron is the fastest accelerating car in the world.
